I like your colours and finishes very gritty but neat! (if that makes sense). Would you be able to share your technique/colours?

I'm afraid I'm not 100% sure on the colours and steps (Should have wrote them down for future bases...) but these are more o less the steps:
  1. Primed in black, masked the trim, primed in silver (I think it is Plate Mail Spray form Army Painter, but I don't think it makes much difference to use another one)
  2. Painted the "brownish" metal with rust from vallejo metallic model air
  3. Painted the "bluish" metal with a mixture of black from vallejo metallic model air and incubii darkness from citadel (I'm not so sure on these ones, it could be even a lighter metallic like silver from vallejo game color...)
  4. Masked the stripes and painted some in black and some in a mixture of troll slayer orange from citadel and sun yellow from vallejo game color (mixing more yellow for following layers). Then some silver drybrush on the edges
  5. This step I'm not sure if made any difference or not as in the final result I don't notice it very much... I applied scorched brown from citadel with sponge. In the striped zones it is more noticeable, but in the rest of the bases I'm not so sure as the washes I applied later covered almost everything (However it could be the reason for washes getting less uniform resulting on, in my opinion, more reallistic dirt effect)
  6. Washes: First wash of very diluted smoke from vallejo model color, and second layer of nuln oil on the "greysh" metallic parts. Reikland fleshshade wash for both brownish metallic and striped parts. Mixture of nuln oil and asurmen blue wash for bluish metallic parts and then just nuln oil.
  7. Final touches: Painted every rivet in silver and then applied some very diluted trollslayer orange on the rivets on greyish metallic parts and also very diluted blue green from vallejo model color on the ones on brownish metallic parts
Hope it makes sense and I've not messed up too much the colour and steps... There was too much trial and error during the process, so maybe there are some missing steps or slightly different colours, there were for sure many more layers as I played a lot with several diluted wash layers instead of a heavy one

Awesome, thank you for the information and for going into a tonne of detail. I have most of those colours so will try it out once I get my Goliaths painted up.
