Actually, the existing Twin-Linked Heavy Stubber stats are for the Stig Shambler (it has Rapid Fire 3). I tried making new weapon stats with Rapid Fire 2 and Twin-linked, but Twin-linked isn't an option yet. Instead, just use the Heavy Stubber stats for now.
