I deleted the one you submitted and added a new version with the PDF attached then reassigned to you. Perhaps you were trying to "Attach files" under the description instead of towards the top of the vault form? The attach files is for the description rather than attaching as the vault resource...

Sorry for the lack of any update for awhile. I'm currently working on the new campaign integration which should be finished this weekend. Then I'll be working on reported bugs and adjustments and finally doing something about the Outcast gang.

Your gang should be fixed now. The name filtering prevents certain characters and there is sometimes a bug where the name is removed completely, breaking the routing.
