Ugh, so what's the counter to that? Bait them into going first? Have some gangers be sacrificial goats for them to attack and then rush after that? Keep my guys separated?

My next campaign is looking like it'll be my Corpse Grinders against Cawdor. I'm worried that their flamer template weapons will nerf my Grinders by preventing their charges. Any advice on how to best prepare for that? Is it all about just hoping they'll be too scared to actually shoot at them?
