Yeah, since the description for the Tech Bazaar only mentions a bonus for the rarity roll if the fighter going to the Bazaar has Exotic Furs, but nothing about bonuses for Leader/Champions, I guess so too. As far as I can see the Haggle post battle action is not a Trade post action in any way.
