also a gang that disbands is to have all surviving gang members become hired guns. that is after that player decides to make another gang and hire some or all of those old gang members or just disband. all unused gang members are suppose to become hired guns. so you could be an esher gang hiring...

But if you rolled a great hireling and didn't hire him for a session, wouldn't another gang want to pick him up and use him?
