    Alternative income- Cryptocurrency.

I don't entirely follow what you mean by going beyond, but just in case- I just want to help people out. There are benefits to helping people with this and I'll explain it all fully for anyone that just wants to know more- definitely. Without giving a massive explainer here it's hard to be...

    Alternative income- Cryptocurrency.

Everything is speculative of course. Yeah I said trending upwards because it is, generally consistently, usual volatility (quick ups quick downs) aside its rising and has been for a good while. It had the usual new thing spike at the start which they all seem to do, so I don't bother accounting...

    Alternative income- Cryptocurrency.

So the name of the title says it all really. I've been involved in crypto for a while and Covid has been a bit of a testing time for everyone. Myself and a few business associates have taken an interest in a specific smart contract (fancy term for somewhere you can put some crypto, in this case...

N18 Can't put a model next to an enemy after a charge.

Fun ultimately is the key here. A rule that feels oppressive like this one, should really have a house ruling that everyone can agree to. personally, I just put the model next to them and allow the charge as long as they had the movement to be able to reach them and get on with the fight. All...

Further update. We played a second game, still learning the rules of course, but faster and more furious. Even more fun. He lost again, but BB isn't about the winning and losing as much as laughing like crazy at the stupid bloody troll picking his nose for 4 turns (on 2+ roll, with team...

    £55 IKEA Gaming Table

To be fair, the inch either way shouldn't get in the way of the games. As long as everyone has decent terrain, the distance isn't going to make the difference between the winning and the losing much like the occasionally rerolled cocked dice doesn't bother anyone.

I pity the lad. His 'Lizardmen' got put to extinction by the end of the game. My injury and armour dice rolls were just brutal, all in one turn.

Setting up... I'm Black Orcs... Ryan is trying out Lizardmen using Imperial Nobility as proxies. And I hark back to original edition BB. Thats the last ruleset I played.

But with the season 2 release, I was overcome by impulse and bought the box. Played my first game in 25 years with my son, and yeah... much smoother experience than the last set of rules, just as much fun, if not more.... I will almost certainly be making a pitch at some point.

    FYSC FALL 2020

Super sorry I am not around as much as I want to be again. I'm still handling a lot of major things in real life at the moment and haven't been able to touch a brush or even play last month. The sooner my shizzle settles down the better....

I suppose the best guide for defining core rules is to divide it up into segments (as it already is) that we are familiar with and then determine the how and when to deliver each segment. Movement, shooting and close combat will probably only take a tweak. The greatest attention will probably...

This here. By definition the core rules are where we get the functionality on the tabletop. They tell us how and when to move. How and when to shoot. How and when to melee. How and when to test for resolve (bottle tests, injury recovery/worsening and all that jazz). This is what I mean by the...

Core rules are what you use to play on the tabletop. This isn't really about weapon stats or credit values of gear or anything, more about moving, shooting, melee, end of turn sequence. Its the definitive stuff that leads to us moving models and rolling dice. Things like weapons, costings...

I think the best thing to do at the end of this read through/suggestion period is keep it to core rules that govern the game in the main. Let's address these bits first and keep these other good suggestions for a little bit later on as some of the core functions being addressed may also address...

Yes this I think should be a clear cut goal. A nice neat little section on the core rules.

I'll rephrase my oldmunda trading post thing a little I got a little carried away with nostalgia. I liked the old trading post as rare things were literally rare and took a lot of searching but if you wanted a powerfist you could get one eventually. Taking the powerfist example that was a rare...
