Yup.... I've got a whole mess of those guys. Triad is probably my favorite "army" from VOID/Urban War. They'd definitely work as a House Ty force. The leaders and Kabuki Dolls could serve as nobles. The one I'm after for my collection/force is the hooded sniper from the "Retainer Gunmen" boxed set.
