Interesting. I was not tracking that Specialists were not "special" - In the Uprising v1 (and GotU) - Juves and Specialists counted as "Elites". But N23 does make it clear about Gang Fighter (X) or NOT Gang Fighter (X) - specialists do not suddenly gain "Gang Hierarchy (X)" I did notice in...
