    Personally I think the needle rifle is fine on a ganger. My biggest criticism is no melee weapon on the leader. I can see you intend to use her as a fire base but scenarios don't always let that happen. That 3+ WS and 3 attacks is just wasted. Give her a stiletto at least and she'll wreck...
