On page 2 of the Necrodamus pdf there is a reference to Gang Hideout rules, apparently published online in Oct 2020. I can't seem to find them - is it just redundance with the Gang Stronghold rules from several months earlier?

Ah, but that's actually OK - my goal is to cobble something with the stuff I own. I am perfectly fine with having just the basic 6 gangs + both Cults and Venators. As for Tactics I think I have around 100 in total, which too is more than enough.
