N18 Actions whilst pinned/prone

Is there a limit on using actions like “bring it down” or “hide in the wastes” while pinned/prone?

It doesn’t explicitly say that you need to be standing, not engaged but I was wondering if I’m missing something in the core rules that prevents it.

Abilities like “bring it down” require line of sight, do you have this when pinned? You do have a facing I believe so fighters can use backstab with knives.

IIRC fighters have no vision arc or facing when prone, except for when performing the "blind fire" action during which they get a 360 arc.
