Question Adding equipment to custom gangers

Is it possible to add equipment to a custom ganger in the Necromunda Underhive tool? Or is that function yet to come? I am trying to create a custom Rebel Lord ganger for my HoI Orlocks. I have the stats working, but when I add one to a gang and try to give it equipment, the equipment list is blank.

To create a custom piece of equipment you first create its profile in the weapon stats section, then allocate those stats to a custom piece of equipment in the custom equipment section. In this section you can allocate a weapon type and the profile will be listed there in the gang list.

If you take off the equipment restriction of in settings you have access to all weapons and wargear for any ganger

This is what you need. Custom gangers don't have any equipment assigned since it doesn't know what they're restricted to. So you need to turn off equipment restriction in settings. Only add new custom equipment if they're different from all the existing equipment.

Bump Same issue - I have created a "Paired Pulverizers" profile in Custom Weapons, assigned it to close combat, but none of my gangers can see it as an option. There is no option in the HoC list to create a custom ganger either. Any clues?

Have you turned weapon restrictions off in the options menu?

Same issue.
The weapons are listed as being N18 ruleset, that ruleset is the only one listed in the Settings screen, and I have removed both restrictions.
Equipment and armour show up, and I can add them to the custom ganger I created in the custom gang I set up. But, no weapons show in either the Equipment pare of the ganger, nor the Trading Post (those the equipment and armour do).

Is there a better way to create a gang of the Orrus and Tek-hunters for a Hive Secundus campaign?

You may need to dump the browser cache, sometimes changes you make don’t show up until you do this.

What do you see?
I got this to work for Bolt Launchers for instance, by:
Adding Bolt Launcher entry to the Custom Weapon Stats table,
Then adding Bolt Launcher entry to the Custom Equipment table, and picking it from the Weapon Stats dropdown box.
The new entries show with a '*' after the name.
