Advice for Making a Barricade

This is my first attempt at making terrain that is actually turning out well. Just a simple concrete barricade, with some barbed wire, spent shells, and then a broken chain sword. Do any of y'all have any advice for making my broken chainsword look decent? I'm open to other advice as well.

The other details I want to add are some light blood spatter, scorch marks, and maybe a skull, though I may save that for the 2nd Barricade I make.

Simply drybrushing dirt, corrosion and scrappy colours over terrain and models as a whole works for me. I'm a Necromunda player so everything is filthy and grimy.

I knew I was likely messing something up there. I seriously have to buckle down on some of my software literacy. And no matter what button I hit or try to copy paste I can't seem to post pics in the thread yet.

As you’re still a new member, I think the attach files function is disabled until you become a Juvie (10 posts). Have you tried creating a Gallery? You can upload your pics to that, and then insert them into your posts from there.

@Punktaku is right. You have to post some more to get all the privileges, but you'll get there. If you are able to grant access to anyone with the link, I can change your links to pics for you.
