Hey friends. Need advice. I played with Goliath in my first campaign ever and did pretty well, came in third place. However, my mistake was I tried to make everyone a melee and shooty person. Was not a good strategy. In my next campaign I played CGC, and they were amazing in melee. So with my next campaign, I want to go back to Goliath, but I want to play a shooty Goliath gang. I'd love some advice on my list. What would you add or remove in this starting 1000 point list. I honestly don't want to bother with a melee on my Forge Tyrant (Leader) but 3 Attacks is tempting. Should I get rid of the Power Axe and add another Bully (Juve) with a stub gun to my list instead? Should I put something else on my leader other than a Boltgun? I am having decision paralysis.

I put corrupted slug on my Bruisers (Gangers) to help me fit in the Bully. I know that I could put Reduced Bone Density on my Bruisers and save even more money. but if I reduce them to S3, then that would hamper the throw on Grenades. 12 inches vs 9 inches for an Incendeary Charges, or Blasting Charges, etc. But then again, maybe who cares?

No Stimmer, again, want a shooting, ballistic focused gang. The one thing I will not touch is my Hip Shooting Champ. I really want to see how he does. Something fun.

Would love your advice. What would you move, add or remove? I deeply appreciate your time.

I have played a shooting heavy Goliath gang and it worked well. I ran a bolter Forge Boss with Unborn Savant and munitioneer to keep all the guns operating. That was in place of your launcher Forge Boss. Leader with bolter and hipshooting combat shotgun were in there and did very well. Think I had bolter over combat shottie on the ganger too but both are good choices.

I quite like a prospect in there for a bit of speed. They are allowed to buy hand flamers from the trading post too.
