Wargames Atlantic - 48 for £10 (with discounts on multiple boxes if you’re needing enough for an army, say).
I know there’s plenty of resin ones out there that are similar but some prefer plastic to resin and these seem perfect for that.

Warlord seem to getting rid of their 2000AD line of things and it includes this rather nice limo.

Of course, it should be no surprise that they have something useful as a lot of early 40k was just the old Citadel Judge Dredd line after they lost their licence.
