I think she'd work fine as a heavy or ogryn with a heavy stubber or other weapon that fires hard rounds for Goliath, Escher or Orlock. Probably fit in with Goliath best. I do hate how everyone feels the NEED to put women in high heels no matter what they are supposed to be doing. I honestly think this model would look better in some sort of flats.
While, I can't disagree with you, look at the group picture. The dudes are distinctly inhuman in their face. Her face is MUCH softer and MUCH more human looking making her look just like a large human. Even if their goal was to soften her some, they went too far to hold onto some sort of inhuman look. Also, I'd like to see the models next to regularly sized humans just to viscerally know how big they are.Kind of funny that I asked about the weapon and almost everyone was commenting on her not looking Ogryn
Yeah, me too. I think that’s definitely a heavy stubber, but the size of those rounds could make it an auto cannon as well (do those exist in Neomunda? I don’t recall seeing anyone talk about those).

With the free weights in the picture @trollmeat may want to get some of those models for a slave ogryn spin off gang for his Disciples of Juice gang/project.The ogryn in this picture is the same height as the GW ogryns.
As the the specifics of the question, it could count as basically anything as big or bigger than a stubber. So, heavy bolter, autocannon, grenade launcher, etc..
As to the model, she feels more Goliath than Ogryn to me. And seeing the accompanying models, those come off more orc/bugbear than orgyn to my eye.
