Has anyone found a PDF (or site) of the rules included in the January 2019 White Dwarf?
Magazine is sold out locally and GW has yet to post rules.

This issue appears to have three articles of interest to me...
...but GW are completely sold out, it seems, everywhere. Completely. Apparently it was in higher demand than expected. And they don't, I read, plan to print any more of it.
