Consider remaking the floors so that you don't create a lot of cave like spaces where it's hard to fiddle around with models, I suggest buildings with a large pillar or two in the center and floors shooting out without outer support, rather like balconies. The original Necromunda set came with little L shaped buttresses, those can be flipped upside down and make cool supports for your floors.

However, I think another one is in order, with floor plates not copied from the originals. A spiral around twin towers?
