N18 badzone enforcer starting roster

Why not a concussion carbine for at least a sergeant?
- -lower range & strength means less chance to control the battlefield
- -how does it stack up to options like a web gun, pair of plasma pistols or even a flamer?

+ it would be cheaper at the start... but in the long run it would be lost credits if it ends up being replaced

Because i can pin what normaly can't be pined like a lobo slaves or a chas beast.

yes... but the concussion ram does them same at a longer range
(same mobility, same rules (concussion, knockback, seismic), double the cost, higher strength)

a few concussion carabines works on an enforcer gang (basic weapon), but they're competing for special / non scarce spots on badzone rosters
 
would 1-2 S5 weapons and 'a bunch' of S4 bolters / combats shotgun suffice or would I need more higher strength wepons

I'm edging more towards the twin concussion rams atm.
The Heavy Bolter does good work vs extra tough targets at S5 because it's RF2. If you don't have that, I'd suggest having at least one gun with higher S once you're mid-campaign. You're probably ok to start with what you have planned.
 
@Psyan I already converted a powerfist, grenade launcher, a dual plasma pistol sgt and a webber sgt,
That's likely enough or do I need a melta somewhere?
