Don’t take this as gospel but I’d be surprised if the yellow stuff isn’t post 80’s and asbestos free, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t have other nasties mind. It’s that grey sheeting that might be, assuming it’s not just grey due to water damage. Troll did a spell as a loss adjuster many years ago.

Sounds like you made exactly the right call on the insurance! A shame it happened but you got everything important to safety and you only have to deal with a time of inconvenience. Also might be time to invest in a futon
But seriously, hope it gets repaired in short order.

Still sleeping on an airbed in the living room. Having to move everything around has made us realise the need to de-clutter a bit. I wondered whether one way to reduce gaming stuff might be to try a slightly smaller scale. Here are some Dark Alliance 1:72 goblins, with an Oathmark goblin for scale:

I thought these would be good test models, because I could probably use them in 28mm games too.

I'm tempted to try Gorkamorka at reduced scale (~20mm). Trouble is I don't know whether this will save space or whether I'll end up having things twice (in different scales), effectively doubling up on stuff...
