Necromunda Booms from territories

Hi! We just started a campaign but don’t know if you should get the favors from territories during your gang making in the start?( lower price on gear and weapons etc.)..Or it starts after first campaign battle?

We didn’t allow it until after the first battle was complete. The way we saw it, our gangs hadn’t “earned” any favors yet.

Thanks, good idea, it felt like a too big of advantage that gave me the opportunity to overgear my gang from start.

I would assume you build your gang before handing out territories.
