ORB Celling collapsing damage?

If the celling collapses on a model, what stats would we give for strength/damage? I was thinking to roll equal or under initiative to escape unharmed, but would it be the same strength as falling? But maybe one sustained fire dice number of hits?

If this is covered in 40k Second Edition and I missed it, I'm more than happy to go with that!

The "dome collapse" from the scenario table has an Initiative check to avoid a S4 -1 save hit.

Wild grenades and shells misfires can result in a roof collapse with a random model being hit on a roll of 1 for a S3 hit.

"Hive Quake" from treacherous conditions has a simple D6 roll with a 1 being straight out of action.

Any of those would be suitable for a roof collapse if you are doing some arbitrator shenanigans.
