Champions is champions. Let the dead lady ride. If they wanted to restrict it they needed to specify by full class name (Matriarch) rather than Gang Hierarchy.

What difference does the tense of the word matter here? Plural or singular, she's a champion, so she's eligible.

Some how it doesn't feel intentional to have death maidens on grav cutters, but who knows.

I don't put a lot of faith in the accuracy of Warhammer Community articles, but it did say "...they’re personal equipment, and can be handed to Queens, Matriarchs, Prospects, or even Death Maidens."
