N18 Collected Errors/Typos in N23 Rulebook

Great summaries. And Ride By now being reduced to max 2 times per activation for 2x normal move. Wouldn't it be better as once per activaiton?

I think in reality, the likelihood of managing to line up multiple ride-by attacks in a single activation, without reducing the distance travelled (and thus how far you get your fighter from retribution) are limited. So thik I'm fine with once per action.

Vehicle Rule changes:

Maximum characteristics change: Vehicles can now have a maximum of 8 HP, not 6 (as was in the Book of the Outlands and Ash Wastes Rulebook).

Did they change Subjugation Pattern Grenade Launcher again?

In BoJ it has stun grenades, they later FAQed it to be stun rounds. Now Stun rounds has rapid fire?
Stun rounds in a Grenade launcher have had Rapid Fire (1) since HoChains, but this has never been explicitly ported over to BoJudgement and the Enforcer grenade launcher despite taking the time to change the Stun grenades over to Stun rounds.

Also, HoChains stun rounds top out at 18" not 24" while the Trading Post PDF (and this rulebook) put them back up to 24". It's a bit of a mess but given how crappy the Enforcer grenade launcher is, giving it RF(1) on stun rounds would be welcome.

I don't get why this single GL ammo has rapid fire. No other ammo got it. Why stun?

Did anyone notice page 88, Hangers on and Brutes can be taken at gang founding.
"Either at gang creation or in the Update Roster step of the post-battle sequence, players can recruit Hangers- on and Brutes."
I have now. Would starting with a Ambot be wrong?..
Honestly Hangers-ons ok but maybe it would be better to wait on brutes.

As I don’t have the new book I hadn’t seen that. I’m not surprised they’ve done this though, I suspect it was an often house ruled thing (which they seem to have taken on board popular house rules) which allows players to actually use the expensive models they’ve purchased asap.

A lot of these “after first battle” restrictions were ignored it seems. Not even sure why some of them existed really.

I'm not sure if that was mentioned in a previous rule book before, but the core rulebook mentions a general approach on re-rolls: only one re-roll and that result counts (p. 63).

Sooo, with the new Lasting Injury table that means that an especially unlucky ganger can (re-)roll a Multiple Injuries result after rolling Multiple Injuries at first.
Or a semi-successful Doc (2-5 or 2-6 for Rogue Docs) can bring the fighter directly back on their operation table, killing them or (my favourite) causing them to get captured (by who?).

So, RAI there are probably still two kinds of re-rolls.
This also applies to some of the special effects (tactics or territories?) that allows to re-roll injuries to avoid injury or death. Of course it allows additional re-rolls to avoid capture. It's a simple hack, but strictly speaking breaks the no-rolling a re-roll. No rule without exception eh?

As a mainly Escher player I hated the campaign week "tax" on buying the chemyist.

The Chemyst is 75 credits, and is pretty much mandatory for interacting with the House of Blades Chem Alchemy system as it gives the chems a discount and the Chemyist has the Fixer skill so you have some pocket money to spend on chems.

Before now you have to wait one or two weeks before buying it. I typically bank some starting credits to make sure I can afford it.

Until after the first battle? What is so special about that first battle
A raging brute can easily put most of a typical 1000 credit gang down on its own so your opponent will be stuck with loads more of thier fighters in recovery and thier gang may not manage to get off the ground after that. A good way to put off new players.
