My question on that would be a matter of uses. If it's just one it seems a bit paltry for the acquisition difficulty. If it's unlimited with no cooldown it stops the encounter entirely. Cool down opinions or references anyone?
Added a note on Mutations: This could be interpreted as also applying to pets (nothing seems to prevent it?). But they interact badly with how most/all pets are. In some cases mutations have little to no effect on pets (basically ignoring the injury), in others it will make pets completely insufferable.
The interaction with pets & mutations has also worsened by the N20+ update having pets always activate through the owner's Group Activation.
Question about scouring wyrd power. Official GW faq had it so that book of judgement scouring was also errata'd to maintaining. (I know that power is horrible to use.) So shouldn't solution be that all of them are just missing continuous effect instead of this?

Some people assume that some versions of Scouring are more powerful on purpose due to the user. Who really knows?
My opinion is that maintaining a power should be an automatic free action at the start of model's activation. That's a house rule I'm considering using in the future.
