That's what I figured but the wording in OCE is ambiguous. I'd assumed that what you've said there would make the most sense as otherwise there would never be any penalty for moving territories every game, on the other hand all the outlander territories are so terrible I'm not sure any penalty is really warranted :p

If you need a go-to now... I'd paly it like that... otherwise... I'll edit this post in a couple of hrs once I dug out my OCE

Eh, it bugged me so I got to it now...

You do pay. It says if you havent worked the territory you can swap it at the end of the post game sequence... so you opt to not work it in the work territory stage, get to the end of the post game and swap then. The next time you can work territory is after the next game when you get to the 'work territory' stage. Score 1 for memory!

I'm just refreshing myself on the outlander rules because 2 out of 3 gangs in my current campaign are badass outlaws \m/ No games coming up until I get back to Melbourne in a few weeks. Anyway I'm happy with that answer, it's exactly what I had figured from reading my OCE.

But if you work a Mineral Vein and it gets depleted and crossed off, you still get to generate a new territory in time to work next game, right? It's voluntarily changing that requires you to sacrifice one game's income. (Though if you lose your territory to the other gang, then you will also have to wait until the end of the post-game sequence to get a new one.)

There is a typo on page 54 in the Ratskin Map entry. There is an errant "f" in front of "D6" in option 2:

Treasure map: The map shows the whereabouts of an ancient archeotech site. Roll a fD6 ...

On a more general note, who is now in charge of updating NCE?

...who is now in charge of updating NCE?

It is still @Anthony, the general idea was that the whole operation would not receive any general updates while N17 became/becomes a thing, after which there would be discussions of including newfound aspects into the rules. However, I believe it was the idea that if enough type-o's and the likes were spotted to warrant an update that @Anthony would be doing one then, so the input is certainly useful and helpful, @undertaker :)(y)(y)

Erh.. I'm pretty much out of the game now lads for the foreseeable future and won't be able to commit to anything.

Until somebody can commit to updating the NCE I guess it would still be useful to have some place to readily compile known issues, typos, etc. Perhaps a public Google Doc?

Until somebody can commit to updating the NCE

Happy to do this if nobody else wants to do it.

I still have a few issues with some of the OCE scenarios so would especially like to keep OCE updated, even if folks agree NCE main book is as complete as needs be (although IMO it had a few issues revealed at Tribemeet, e.g. Deflect and Parry rules are subtly different so caused confusion, a model going into hiding not stopping him from shooting in that turn, meaning every model should just hide every turn where possible, hand flamer used point blank (i.e. 1/2" away) auto missing etc.)

Those are all issues worthy of discussion @Tiny, and probably rewording.
As I've said before, I am happy for you to pick up the mantle of 'moderated voice of judgement and custodian of Necromunda'. It would be good to have someone compiling the various suggestions and corrections before they get buried amongst the heap of N17 ambiguity discussions.

Neat. Okay I think the next step Tiny would be for you to make a new Community Edition thread so you have control over the first post. I can then sticky yours and unsticky this one.
