I’d imagine it’ll be “all the gubbins you like as long as it’s at least 50% toy”.
It just says using a toy. I don't see any need for further restriction than that. We can leave it to the voters to decide whether something really fits the remit.
Like Ben says, use a toy and then see what the voters think!

I have no plan/inspiration to speak of yet, but I’m definately in!
The big question tho, is do I use one of the many bits of plastic Iv already got, or do I go shopping for a completely new bit of plastic?

I've remembered something I intended to do a while back - turning this Buzz Lightyear ship into some kind of personal flyer/speeder for my spaceport setup.
Needs greebling with some 40k weaponry, but it should be quite effective and fairly easy.

I was looking at one of those, but decided to get one of the Hyperspeed Armadillo shuttles instead to transform into an Arbites/Enforcer transport. If it ever gets here...
I took a turn in my ambitions for this comp. I'm now doing War Pigs (counts as war hounds) for a Witch Hunters warband!
