My brother works for child protective services and sees all sorts of wild names go through the system. Abcde (pronounced "Absuhdee") has come up more than once., as have numerous names containing numbers. :X3:

I remember they used to post a silly article in the Telegraph listing some of the names that had been banned by the govt. I'm surprised Absuhdee was allowed (or is that in the States as you called it child protective services).

One of my older boys had a classmate name “Zebulon.”
That one I know, that's an old Jewish name.

Austrian naming law comes with some interesting wrinkles. Example: You can't name your son Jesus, because it "infringes on religious dignity", but Judas is fine. However, if you can prove you are sufficiently Spanish, it's also OK because the state isn't allowed to discriminate against your heritage.

I got my kit bash entry finished. It feels good to get them out of the way early.

Lord Trent von Richardshead!

And his servant. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth and armed with more weapons than ability. His hired mercenaries behind him and ready to show the common people why he is just so amazing compared to them.

As per my last post I had a lot of doggies to choose from. I found it useful to reread the description of the competition theme - “the duo should feel connected in role or personality”, “the relationship is the heart of the piece”. This has led me to choose the mastiff who is nose to the ground, and most obviously on the hunt, to go with the witchhunter.

It also makes me want to mount both models on one base. Therefore I’ve spent the evening cutting out small paving tiles from plasticard to build a large enough mordheim style base to fit both models.
