Hi!

Some time ago I had the idea that a scenario with moving conveyor belts would be nice and vaguely remembered that there is an official one. Reading through it I realised that this had nothing in common with what I wanted. So I created my own scenario. We played this scenario in our campaign and it was well received. Thus I like to share it here:

The Factorium

There are two small house rules within Patronage and Doors. You may as well use the vanilla rules for them.

I love to hear some feedback or experiences with the scenario.

Edit:
The scenario comes with the obvious problems of location based objectives and Infiltrate. We use a houserule in our group that Infiltrate and other similar abilities cannot be used within 6" of an objective.

Edit 2: The linked scenarios has Aulenback's remarks implemented now.

Ooh! Nice. Yes, the Badzones Book of Peril scenario about a conveyor is more a dumbwaiter - a platform that ascends or descends through vertical layers.

I'll aim to get our crew to give this one a look in! Cheers!

Also, the newest Apocrypha Necromunda scenario "Return to the Gauntlet" in the pdf "Bonedry and Broke" over at Warhammer Community includes the following phrasing in Deployment: The attacker deploys their fighters anywhere within 2" of the short battlefield edge opposite the Loot Casket, and may not deploy fighters outside of this area regardless of any skills, special rules or Wargear they possess. That might suit here as well, in a scenario where Infiltrate can easily break the objectives. SSeven inches from an objective is one Move (Simple) away to one inch from said objective for many gangs' fighters, easily allowing for a Move Loot Casket (Simple) straight away. So that new "official phrasing" might be worth consideration here?

And separately... while you included your house rules for doors... there don't appear to be any doors in this battlefield setup?

Good point about the phrasing in the latest Apocrypha.

Regarding doors: Sorry, I missed to update that part from our approach. We usually only play several scenarios on one weekend due to time constraints. So the phrase "The scenario takes place on a 9-tile Zone Mortalis (2D) board. The instructions here assume that the general battlefield layout is already set up." means that a complete ZM board with walls and doors is pre-setup and the instructions are given how to modify that setup for this scenario. Normal setup instructions would go along the likes of "setup a normal 3'x3' ZM board, but leave the areas in blue (see figure) empty."
