N18 Could you have?

RaW, yes.
Justification? Well.
An infra-monocle that calculates the travel arc of thrown weapons? It would be useless for other firearms, because they don’t path the same way, ballistically, so functionally it only helps with the thrown knives and hatchets and all.

No it's a model specific with the enforcer. Only the common boltgun can have them. There was a clarification about that. But I m on vacation so I can't check. Maybe Goonhammer also mentioned it in their article about enforcer.

It’s a restriction made explicit in the 2018-2022 FAQ., that enforcer shotguns cannot use other shotgun ammo, because the weapon title is different. Which is why Cawdor’s “only reclaimed auto guns” sucks, because they lose out on all the many autogun ammo types.

And the difference in price is not that great. Also can you MasterCraft your reclaim auto gun? Will that make it a normal autogun witch then can be MasterCrafted again? Or you simply have a reclaim madtercrafted auto gun witch can have special amo.

😜

I understand it for reclaimed auto gun (it's not cawdor exclusive) and enforcer boltgun, because those are different versions of the weapon and this is shown in weapon profile with a different ammo stat. So what happens if you give them ammo intended for the original weapon with different ammo stat? What I don't like is when identical weapons are given unique names to artificially make them more unique only by restricting additional ammo types. Like "enforcer shotgun" which is a bog standard combat shotgun (except it can't take ammo).

The enforcer shotgun has better amo check if I remember correctly.

-Gunshroud on a Plasma Pistol?

(this one is allowed, this one is more of a hobby question as I have difficulty picturing it)

Gunshrouds would just have to eliminate the sound of the gun firing, not hide the projectile?
Maybe? But the plasma gun is stupid hot to the point where it can kill space marines that are holding it....so I kinda question what you could "shield it" without melting your gunshroud. And then it's also pretty bright...

Plasma cannons example, but same general issue...even if they are quiet, not sure how it would be difficult to figure out who shot them...

enforcers shotgun/ (vanilla) combat shotgun have identical stats, but a different name
enforcers boltgun/ (vanilla) boltgun have different ammostats next to their different names

Yup, that's why I wrote "different ammo stat" to include both better and worse. If your boltgun with better ammo buys an ammo with worse ammo, aren't you getting that at a discount considering you can better reload it?

To be fair I find this rules very much non sensical. The only reason will be a strict adherence to the rules. So badzone enforcer will not care about regulations concerning amo or otherwise.
