Hello all, a couple of questions if you do not mind.

Is is possible to charge past fighters moving within 1" of them to charge an enemy behind so long as you do not pass through the enemy model ?

If you charge into engagement range with 2 fighters already engaged, after attacks and a reaction attack, do the other fighters engaged in that combat fight again ?

No. The enemy has the ability hold you if you move that close and engage in close combat. One way that could have been allowed is to let the enemy make reaction attacks while moving past, but the game doesn't include this mechanic (and it would be very suicidal). There are possibly some special rules that allow to move past, but those are rare exceptions.

No. The activating fighter makes fight action to attack. Then engaged enemies (B2B) get reaction attacks. Since the activation isn't targets' activation, they can't make fight action to attack. They have to wait for their turn to do so. More accurately, fight action (step 1-8) includes reaction attacks, but reaction attacks only has steps 1-6 (to prevent recursive loops).
