I had some issues yesterday with customise in the Gang Manager; it's had some issues affecting friends and I really hope I can do custom things without them appearing in my friend's campaigns where they mess things up. @Malo, I am just being dumb here?
So yesterday, I was creating custom weapons and injuries for an upcoming campaign last night for N18 using the N18 tools. These included old Necromunda weapons, the mutie bow as a buyable thing, the polearm and grabhook, etc. Injuries included bitter emnity, old battle wound, etc.
Once I created these I selected 'campaign' as the sharing profile, and then selected my upcoming campaign 'War for the Prospect'. Yet the items and injureis were present in a campaign I am not administrator of, as well as another I am the admin for, which is not the intended campaign - with players in each campaign able to see them.
To try to make them disappear, I first changed the sharing to 'none' (ie just me and no named campaign) but that didn't change anything; they were still present. So I deleted the weapons, but not yet the injuries. But why are these things shared with every campaign rather than the specific one I indicated?
Any advice is welcome If I redid them, is there a way to ensure they only go to a specific campaign rather than everyone I am part of?
Edit I tried to just create them for my specific campaign and shared just to me rather than 'friends' or 'campaign', with mutie bow and it still turned up in Ashslain, my friend's campaign that i am not an admin of.
Is there a way to do this?
CHANGING UNIVERSAL STATS WITHIN A CAMPAIGN
This is a second query. Is there a way to customise the official weapons and things in the tools - I wanted to change a few weapons; I could introduce new versions, but I had hoped to simply change the price of grenade launchers and the like. I also wanted to slight change a few character type stats (Van Saar BS) - but I will have to ask players ot do that manually or edit it myself after characters are bought, or just create new generic profiles and remind players to hire these ones, not normla ones?
Thanks in advance!
