Necromunda Custom Vehicle Upgrades

I'm sorry if this has been asked/answered elsewhere, but I can't find an answer for it.

I have created a custom vehicle for our campaign, but we are unable to add equipment in the upgrade slots - the equipment list is blank. The only way we have found to buy any equipment is to go on the crew member, which doesn't seem right, especially if changing vehicles.

Is there a fix for this please?

I'm a bit of a noob, I wasn't aware that you could create your own vehicles in Necromunda. Where do you find the rules for this?

What type of vehicle are you building for your campaign?

Go to the Customise section and it's there. I added the Goliath Mauler as we can't find it.
