Blame @hottyhothot He thought it was a good idea to intimidate (after a failed negotiation) a street doc to cut in on his time for urgent bone spur surgery and at a discounted cost... The joke became very real.. Its even worse because his name is Mr Tickles. He def recieved no anesthesia i'll say that much.
