Looks pretty good. My usual approach to starting Eschers is to focus the Queen, Matriarch(s) and Sisters on shooting and then use Little Sisters to back up the Death Maiden. You can always add melee kit to the Queen and Matriarchs later in the campaign.

I'd swap some loadouts around with your Matriarch and Queen to give each a better defined role. Give one the Plasma Gun and Photo Goggles and the other the Lasgun, Chain Sword and Laspistol. Whichever one has the Chain Sword should have Spring Up.

You could swap the Plasma Gun for a Boltgun. The saved credits could go towards another fighter or a second Boltgun.

Switch out the Fighting Knife on your Specialist for a Smoke Grenade; you'll get more use out of it.

I have a similar list that you can use for reference.

Okay, all sound advice I think I'll do that. The only reason I took a fighting knife on the specialist is because my other players tend to charge my launchers to get rid of them. lol

My primary opponent is a goliath player, I am deadly afraid of him getting his customized gene'ed up gangers in melee with me. He's going to build one that's made just to flatten escher. Not sure about the details but that was his promise. lol

Succession campaign starts with 2400 credits (including 400 reserved for vehicles/mounts). But your gang looks much smaller than that?

I don't think the arbitrator has been paying attention then. I'll have to talk to him. When I was running it we did a dominion and started at 1k.

Succession campaign start with 2000 from your house list plus 400 for ash waste mounts/vehicles.
On the flip side of starting off super rich you can not recruit anyone for the first half of the campaign so no hangers on or replacements when your champion is popped first game and a hefty Trade post penalty with no access to the house list makes improving your gang tough for the first half. Plus it be Pitch black as well so your close combat gangs have to weather far less fire to charge you.

I have since found out all of these things. I ended up with a different list. I have to write it down now and repost it.

You don't need photogoggles on everyone; I'd ditch at least half of those for some weapons upgrades.

The Heavy Stubber is ok, but kinda inadequate at the 2k credit level, especially vs geared up Goliaths. Swap it out for a Heavy Bolter, Autocannon, Lascannon, Missile Launcher or maybe even a Plasma Cannon. Or if you really want to mess with your opponent, get the Multi Melta.

Helpful hint: If a fighter has Toxin on any weapon, they should have a Chem Synth and Toxin on all their weapons. So Stiletto Sword + Needle Pistol and Chain Sword + Las Pistol. Your Death Maiden is your best candidate for Toxin weapons due to number of attacks.

Here's an example of an Escher starting crew. I put 12 models in the gang, since you can't recruit early in a Succession campaign; the extra bodies may help.

You probably need a plasma something or similar high strength and damage weapon blocking around to deal with that guy/Girl who fields a heavy vehicle or ridge hauler. Or that annoying juve who just won't die.
