I like the idea behind it and that you followed the codex pretty well.

its close to spyrers though and maybe reduce the penalty to experience a little but looks good.

Yeah the xp penalties could be removed.

It is very Spyrer but I wasn't sure how to make their mechanic as to why they were in the hive any more plausible?

Most starting gangs will be around the 1800+ mark on gang rating, with some clear bonus and penalties!

i few changes i would suggest would be:
-to make guardians init 5 as all eldar are init 5 or higher
- shurikan pistol and wraithcannon shouldnt have negatives to long range.
-While they have the web portal they should be immune to ammo roles. it just makes sense that weapons that they have perfected for eons would be mechanically fine and would only need ammo rolls if they cant get to the web portal
-maybe only have the wraithguard have a slower learning curve for you know.... being dead.

I think the Howling Banshee, Swooping Hawk and all Harlequins should be M6.
Also, I guess the jetbike can fly, too, right? Presumably without any penalties for moving upwards, either.
Looks good otherwise (y)

You should post this into the vault as an early version number so you can post updates and details there. We can even re assign the discussion thread for the resource to this thread.

I don't think its worth while for harlequins and swooping hawks to be m6

But I had overlooked the jet bikes fly rules :-/

Will edit again shortly. Plz help me to find other misdemeanours :)

jimjimjimmyjim submitted a new resource:

Eldar in the underhive - eldar gangs for the nce rules

Each elder craftworld tends to favour certain roles, some honing only the most elite warriors, others of more lowly supportive roles, but formidable none the less. The eldar come to the darkness of the underhive for reasons typically unknown to men. And as mysteriously as they turn up they also disappear.
