N18 Enforcer and non verbal communication skill

If I have a enforcer use non communication skill on a different enforcer with a assault shield and passes his cool check. Does the assault shield now have 360 vision for his +2 save for cc and +1 save to armor from shooting.

Everything on assault shield is based on vision arc. So I think it does.

I m not sure i understand your question. Something is missing. You need to be within six to do it. You need to use a double action to activate it. So in your example are those criteria met?

Ya I meant all the conditions were met for the skill to work.

The question was if non communication works on the assault shield. Which it looks like it does.

IF it didn't require a double action to use and
IF it didn't require a cool test

Maybe the skill could be useful?

I think it's suppose to be used with , other enforcers with, got your six, threat response, and assault shield equipment.
