NCE Equipping upgrades to a custom vehicle?

Sorry if this is an obvious question but I'm setting up my secundus war rig and can only stash the upgrades to the driver and not the vehicle. Am I missing a button?

I m not sure i understand your question. They are several upgrade specific to different part of the vehicule from p 58 in the Book of the Out Land. Like engine in the ashe waste or you are refering to the book of desolation custom rig p 112 and from 134 to 138?

I'm talking about the ferryman rig from the new secundus campaign ( i don't have the book but was given the stats ): when i make it as a custom vehicle in yaktribe the upgrades purchased from the market equip to the crew and not the vehicles upgrade slots. i don't know if i have missed a button allowing me to add the vehicles upgrades to the vehicle or if this is a unsupported feature?
