Hello!

In this scenario (Escape the pit - https://necrovox.org/docs/scenarios/scenario-list/escape-the-pit) if the opponent bottles out and you win the scenario, it notes "The winner claims any loot caskets left on the battlefield."
The experience rewards notes:

  • +1 for escaping.
  • +1 for escaping while carrying a loot casket.
My questions are, do the remaining gangers from my gang count as having "escaped" (an extra experience each)
and
Do a number of them get an experience point for leaving with a loot crate? (This second part seems unlikely, as I imagine it needs to be during the game, and how you distributed those points would be unclear).

I also understand this is not explicit, and may be down to arbitrators, or it may be that as they did not "escape" during the game, the experience is not awarded.

Wanted to get people's opinions here! Thanks!

Escaping the battlefield in that scenario is something defined in the scenario rules.
ESCAPING THE BATTLEFIELD
A fighter that is within 1" of the escape point mayleave the battlefield at the start of any Endphase, even if they are Seriously injured. Fighters that haveescaped are removed from the table andtakenofurther part in the battle. They are removedfromthebattlefield, and count as being Out of Action.
So that is Escaping. Those fighters that do that escaped, with or without a loot crate. Those that do not do that did not escape, with or without a loot crate. Any fighters on the table at the end are there because they neither bottled nor escaped.

So they would not gain the extra experience for having escaped, nor the extra experience for having escaped while carrying a loot crate.
