It would be so cool to meet you in person! but I can appreciate its a canny distance on public transport!
Even if you want to create a warband or two and stick your wizards hat on, it might inspire you to come along!? Maybe?!

Objection the first: The Vampire doesn't have named henchmen. You wouldn't name your chair or your steak, they are just there for your convenience. 
Objection the second: if somehow funds and family aligned to let me go to this no doubt glorious event, I would certainly be the copilot, or wingman if you will. It would be Maverick and Goose in the F14 Toyomcat!

While I'm starting a new job soon, I'll try and make it; I need to see if there are any rooms available, and get a warband for both mordheim and frostgrave finished in time.
I've got some Frostgrave minis to paint up, and I've got some Skaven to paint up; if I run out of time one will have to counts-as for the other I suppose.Frost grave warband = mordheim warband with extra wizards

It’s not about the locale, it’s about the people you play against (all tribers so top blokes! ) plus there won’t be time for sampling the culinary delights of the wellie road as you’ll be exploring Felstadt instead

you don’t just say ‘please can I go to another one?’, you’ve got to pull at the heartstrings a little!
My ‘Dangerous guide to Escaping the Missus’, page 9, reads:
“....wait until you’ve been to TribeMeet, then when you get home, say some of the lads have Personally asked you to go to this other, more exclusive*, one! Tell her how you’ve really made some good friends, and that you would have spent more had you been on a drunken weekend sesh! And the best thing of all ...you arn't even lying!”
*not as many people want to play Frostgrav/mordheim ....but she doesn’t need to know that!
See, that’s not me saying it, it’s from an imaginary bestseller!
but seriously, even if you can just make one day, that would be great! We aim to play at least 12 hours on the Saturday, and as long as you turn up before 3pm on the Sunday you will be good to battle!

I will tentatively take a place if they are available. I will check the local club to see if anyone else is interested. Should be Saturday only but I will have to firm that up later. The wife and daughter have horses so I end up having to work around their schedule.
If you rock up on a horse you may win the weekend before it starts

Still not sure if I can commit to this. Maybe 2/3rds of the way to saying count me in.
Although my warband is liable to be an ad-hoc collection of whatever fantasy figure's I've got about the place.

As long as it’s not a warband made entirely of wizards then just about anything goes
