Welcome to the 'Finish Your Stuff Challenge' submissions thread for July 2022! It is a day late because while it isn't quite as absurdly hot in Austria as it currently is in the UK, it still is plenty hot and my mainframe is overheating every couple of minutes, making me a bit woozy.

This thread is for submissions only so I would ask that you only make a single post once you are ready with your final submission for the month. You can add multiple photos to your post but please try not to add multiple photos of the same miniature, although you can edit multiple angles together into a single image if you need or feel so inclined.

The deadline for getting your submissions in is the end of the month (semi-exact deadline hereby arbitrarily set to roughly midnight according to GMT on the 31st of July) and on the 1st of August this thread will have a poll added to it with all this months entries. You will then have until the 20th of August to cast your votes for your favourite 5 (or less if you're feeling stingy) after which the poll will close and a new submissions thread will be opened for the month of August.

This challenge is open to everyone, you don't need to have 'signed up' anywhere to enter something for any given month so can join in any month you have something finished to share. The same goes for voting, anyone can vote once the poll is open. The main FYSC 2022 thread can be found here!

Looking forward to seeing your submissions!

Beach edition you say? Well then, what's most of North Africa if not a huge beach?

July's entry - still Bolt Action I'm afraid.

Most pleased with the flamethrower team, fairly simple conversion from a Breda SMG.

A definite requirement for any BA army, since @Tiny straight up deleted two if my infantry sections with one 😬 (though we did play it slightly wrong).

Eight Squats finshed up on tuesday.

My July finished models include:
  • 4 @spafe Cadet gangers
  • mutant rat
  • Bonnie Annerson special character conversion
  • Mr. Choppy
    • Former corpse grinder/pit fighter turned celebrity slopper, Mr. Choppy has set out on his own to realize a cooking vision that the Sump City Gazette has called "...protein intensive...." Ever on the hunt for reliable quantities of protein Mr. Choppy has used a series of pop up restaurants, returns to the fighting pits and forays into the deep underhive to fuel his culinary rise to this point.
  • Inquisitor Toone
    • Relatively new to the underhive, Inquisitor Toone has spent a good deal of time trying to establish a base of operations and a network of spies and informants throughout nearby domes. So far her biggest impact was the purge of a helot cult believed to be responsible for the hive quake that caused the community of Upper Sumpton to largely crumble and slide beneath the community of Lower Sumpton.
  • Interrogator Kelly
  • 2 gun servitors
  • Slopper conversion
  • Ad Mech gun slinger

I see what you mean now, you called yours on the 11th. No worries, I added you in for the month. But to make things easier on @MedMos , @Sump Duck and myself going forward, please do post your finished stuff again once the submission thread is open.

It saves us from having to thrawl the somewhat cluttered main thread for entries and prevents us from forgetting someone.

Having thrawled the thread this time, and applied ointment to all the rashes that caused, callout to @daveh and @Wasteland , please repost your stuff here too, you are already in the poll. Goes especially for @Wasteland , your output is much appreciated for FYSC, but I can't pick apart all the links in your posts.
