Nice lists for both, on OPs I would give your alpha a better ranged weapon than just a pistol,prefi a shotgun at least

Hey there everybody, I’m looking to start a ehenstealer cult army in freburary and thought why it use them for necromunda too. So please critique this list, and as always thank you for your time.
My main thought is id swap the mining laser off your acolyte onto your Alpha.
Two reasons for this, first is Acolytes are super squishy (t3 w1) for champions and so im always dubious about giving them expensive gear, second is your Alpha has a third arm already, which means he can move and shoot with the heavy weapon, which makes him much better suited to using it.
If you did want to put it on an Acolyte I would recommend getting a third arm on them, its cheaper than suspensors and gives you an extra melee attack (should you need it) so its pay now to save money in the long run.

Oops i picked an acolyte instead of alpha. I intend to use the kelephorm model because i love it

If you're giving 3 pistols to alpha he wants gunfighter skill and I would seriously reconsider over watch over infiltrate on mining laser, you have 3 arms so can shoot as a basic so can use overwatch to board control whereas infiltrate leaves a very squishy high point toon stranded without support more often than not with a heavy weapon that has no template.
I will advise against taking a melee focused acolyte. Acolytes only have 4" move, only 1 attack and are t3 w1 models, they don't hit hard enough to pull of melee, you're better off putting a cheap neophyte in the front line if you're desperate for some melee.

As @Heart of Storm said acolytes are pretty pants in combat, a long rifle or shotgun and a shooting skill would prob be more use, also you still have rain of blows on leader which is not great with three pistols you want gunfighter.
