Hi Anthony, thanks for your work on this.
I have a couple of questions, I understand the in universe reason for the Genestealer's Kiss rule but was curious about why you decided that a Neophyte gang couldn't profit at all from a captured fighter?
Again I was wondering why you decided not to have a juve equivalent, since the Cult itself will be continually strengthening? Is it a differencing mechanic?

Just for balance really to offset Lying In Wait and extended Leader range, also they can start with the web pistol. The Hybrid boxed sets don't appear to have anything resembling Juves and fluff-wise the Neophyte gang represents the face of a larger unseen cult so I guess captured equipment could be being hoarded for the uprising or used by Brood Brothers to protect Acolyte hiding holds, birthing pools, etc.

Are there other gangs that have Rare weapons on their leader list? I think the web pistol is stronger here in Necromunda than it is in SW:A and I don't remember any other gang having a rare weapon on their gang list so I would leave that out.

On the other hand, why would you even want the web pistol since they can't gain anything from capturing enemies?

Why no mutations or more alien-like hybrids? The new boxes contain a few of those, and the Overkill box is stacked.

I don't like the idea of them getting a web pistol on their HWL just because its on the sprue. IMO, the sprue contents should not be as much of a factor. Also not sure why other gangs can't make use of the seismic cannon and mining laser. HWL needs more options IMO. Maybe lasgun/pistol and sword/massive weapon?

Lying in wait is insanely strong. Possibly drop that and give them access to Juves, a few mutations and allow conversion of followers like Redemptionists?

I think, that the web pistol would fit into the fluff, if a conversion of follower rule would be added. I mean, the main goal of a Genstealer Cult is to spread, not to earn creds, or gain territory. So capturing some Gangers to convince them of the four armed emperor or forcefully implementing symbiont DNA before deleting their memory and set them free again seems fluffy to me!
It could be a cool idea too to implement that as the major way to recruit gangers, since there wont be a lot of Juves saying "Well, look at this shady, bald, purple skinned dudes, not interested in creds, booze, gambling and chicks, lets join THEM!"

But yes, maybe making the third Arm mutation from the Scavys available to 2-3 Gangers seems fitting too. I mean its a common thing amongst GSC and also nothing too special with the underhive so it wouldn't immediately draw the officials attention.
