The Book of Chains has two Gang Relics for Goliaths: Pillar of Chains (poc) and Relic of the Forge (rotf). I understand when rotf is used, it is clearly described in the text that it counts as a Gang Relic, and it can only be deployed when the owning gang is a defender. Poc however, has none of this, no mention of it counting as a Gang Relic or when to place it on the table. It just says "a gang with a poc may re-roll dice when attempting to capture enemies." So is it always on, no matter the scenario being played? How have the other Goliath players understood this? Or is there an errata for it, that I have missed?

Page 110 of House of Chains explains fully where and how gang terrain is placed in the section ‘Placing Gang Terrain.’
