It would take some huge ammount of photo editing, picture manipulation, probably a bit of cyber fiddly and cooperations.(probably a lot of work and it would be like playing with flats) But even if Roll20 is made for rpg. It should hawe all we need for running top down gorkamorka games/tournaments online! Me a humble norwegian not wise in the way of the mek, could actually play against you wherever you are!
