Greyhart's Projects Thread - Because all the other cool Yaks are doing it.

Fully finished and based Cecil the sea-sick sea serpent. You can tell he's feeling under the weather as he's a bit green around the gills. :ROFLMAO:

Also a 'family picture' of my Gatacan army (minus the big guy as 1. he didn't fit, and 2. I'm waiting on a base for him, but you can still see him in the background on the right).

Well June was a bust for me painting. Too many things going on at home to get any painting in and I was also in a slump. July has been a bit better for me as I'm working on another set of Draconids from the starter box, and completed my entire Krayton army as shown below.

It didn't hurt that my wife was gone all week at a convention out of state. 🤣

I'm on vacation next week so I won't get back to my desk until the 27th, and plan to finish the Draconids after that.

I did manage to make major progress on cleaning and organizing hobby room! :giggle:

@Biggle_Bear LOL.. yeah.. my friend and I have gone a little crazy for Trilaterum. But in its - and our - defense, it's an easy, fun, and inexpensive game made by a great group of people here in southern New England where I live. The small, "allegedly" 15mm scale makes it so fast to paint up, and the storage footprint is small too.

I can absolutely do a battle report next time I play, with pictures of course! My best friend and I are already having legendary battles between my Draconids (lizard aliens) and his Barad (bear aliens). We'll make sure to document our next battle. It will be glorious! Or, at least fun as heck!

We're also having a day August 15th at a FLGS in Providence where the guys from Trench Coat Miniatures are coming down to do demos, run a game, and sell merch. If you're near Rhode Island and want to attend, let me know, I'll send the info. I'll take pictures to post there too.
