She's cool, keep her cool. Aim towards a movement upgrade when she gains enough experience and that'll help mitigate the short range.
The only issue I always have with lists with lots of samey gangers, is how do you differentiate them? Not just on the tabletop, but as far as character narrative, what's their thing? I always run two of the same, but I play it as they're brother/sister so kinda act as a team.
It doesn't matter for gameplay for most people, but I just really like a strong narrative and want a reason to love all my gang so it hurts more when they die, then you play differently rather than treating as pawns. Just my way of thinking obviously!
