Ok this might be premature, but since I think there are already 3 out there, it really might not be. Here is a place to post all your Hive Guys models! I'll maintain this like the Necromunda Alt Mini thread (better because I bet it will be easier) and change this post to include new models. I imagine I'll have to join you guys with my own at some point.

You should write up some territory rules Perhaps it could be a way for spotty little juves to bring some income in?

I was thinking it would be a good replacement for the Drinking Hole in NCE.

Maybe to:

51-52 - Hive Guys Burger Franchise - D6x10
Your gang leader has opened a Hive Guys burger bar. The bar earns D6x10 creds if visited by a ganger and also provides the gang with a convenient base in the local settlement.

Alternatively, this territory can be worked by a Juve, but will only earn D6x5 creds.

Of course - it's 300 Creds up front opening fee and a 10% cut of the takings each month

Definitely needs to be a territory of some description. I like the idea of the gang having an in with the local Hive Guys franchise and being able to send D6 Juves to work a shift, be it from slaughtering and skinning Grox to serving behind the counter. With each Juve sent to work earning D5 creds (the roll of a 6 is they get ripped off in their pay cheque or some such)
