Despite being now claimed by the belgians, the french fries are indeed a parisian recipe of the late XVIIIth century. Doughnuts sellers around the Pont Neuf first had the idea to use potato chips in their frying oil, before cutting potatoes into a stick shape. Then a belgian learned the recipe in mid XIXth century and brought it back to belgium where he sold "fried potatoes in Paris fashion".

French Fries -> Flesh Flies
Fried Rice -> Flayed Lice
Grox Burgers (Note: May contain traces of real Grox)
etc.

Anyone else modeling the kitchen?

Some modeling materials I used: foil wrap from foil. Garbage bags from garbage bags. Gloss for oil fryer. Fries from cut paper. Tealight for grill flame. Static grass for lettuce. Putty patties.

Quality Zone even has a U-Mix custom beverage dispenser. Flavors include ash heap, sump syrup, fabulous bile, and lemon-lime.

Construction begins on a new franchise. Going for the closed shutters on on serving hatches as a full blown kitchen is beyond me.

I noticed that looking at some of the original Goliath models. It's possible they expected players to convert between the two.
Also, one type of Goliath Stub Gun is identical to one of the original Gorkamorka Six-shootas, even though the arms aren't....

I doubt it. It's more likely an artist "converted" them long before they came out.

Well, it's been a busy old year what with one thing and another, hasn't it? Nobody was quite expecting this bout of sump-Plague to be as bad as it was.

Thankfully things are on the up, and our franchise branches continue to re-open as we expand into neighbouring domes.

I'm not sure about your latest employee @kendoka - pretty sure company policy means he should be wearing shoes in the kitchen area. Have a word, would you?

I’ve not seen any shops but I have seen a load of people make the plastic Zone Mortalis pillars into bookcases with scrolls, books and skulls on the shelves.

Which if you think about it is weird. Why are these things just lying around in an industrial zone?

The random toilet is my favourite though - privacy doesn’t exist in the Underhive.

In terms of shops I was thinking the other day that an Underhive video rental shop would be fun. Like Blockbusters but with a more underhive name.

Like Hivebusters (but that’s sounds like Ghostbusters though).

If you want to make a book shop do it!! Sounds a fun project. Just needs a punning name.

They probably will. I have a mini fake tape cassette that was actually a car air freshener that I was going to use as a big sign. Still might!!
